Seems like Arum is holding up the process... i feel he does want the fight, but he feels he's got all the asking power and will hold out till he gets a large portion of that. Some speculate that he's got a personal vendetta vs Mayweather, and with his split from Top Rank. And that he'll never let Mayweather get that fight. I hope thats not the case.

I give Mayweather a good chance of winning the fight, if Pacquiao brings the same gameplan he did w/ PacMarquez3...
