Well yeah, but the ones on BoxNation recently have been abysmal. I used to be part of the 'lets show fookin everything on the undercard' brigade, but that has changed loads since the **** they've been churning up.

Take last night's card-stick the Hall fight and Crolla v Limond and you've got an ok two hour show. But most of the other Friday night cards would have barely filled an hour of decent fights.

I'm not denying that prospects need to learn their trade against journeymen, just that most of the time these aren't TV friendly fights.

Their cards need much more structure. They need to watch a UFC PPV and see how the structure is the same every time.

Eh, I'd sooner have them look at a SKY or HBO card. :yep

We don't want Bunce pulling a Joe Rogan, jumping in the ring to back-slap the weary combatants and shout excitedly into a microphone rigged into the venue's PA.

I agree. HBO and Sky production is leagues above. Their production must improve. It looks amateurish.

At least you know the structure is that Joe Rogan will speak to the winner of every fight, get the crowd involved, not spend too long and then move on. The same is not true for boxing cards.

The reason why it looks amateurish is staring you right in the face...
