cintron looks done last two fights he seemed like he didn't want to be in the ring.cintron signed some sort of deal with the devil.the margo debacles ,the two losses to martinez, the williams mess and the molina loss and he still gets big fights

I have to admit, I am genuinely looking forward to the fight though. I think Cintron will give it a go before he quits. In the Margarito fights I give him the benefit of doubt because Margarito was probably using the illegal wraps.

In the Martinez fight, I think Cintron tried but realized he couldn't deal with Martinez and then looked for a way out.

In the Williams fight, Cintron landed a peach of a shot and Williams took it. Williams was starting to up the pressure and had a formidable reputation at the time so I think Cintron realized that Williams had a decent chin to go along with his 100+ punches a round and decided to call it a night.

He will try to win and I genuinely believe he can spark Alvarez into next week if he lands clean so it will be interesting for as long as it lasts

Fair enough, you're entitled to your opinion, I didnt expect there to be such a serious reaction to my post:lol:

As ive already said I never said he did or didnt quit for sure, but again nobodys been able to answer for me why he went out of the Williams fight. Unusual for a fighter to quit when he is doing well in a fight. But if he did, the only reason I could come as to why he did it would be because he thought he was ahead and could earn a technical decision by feigning injury. Ive never understood it.

Just seen Castillo is fighting again tonight I thought that was him finished after his last fight.

Also why is Soto fighting MAB & Morales recent opponents is he trying to prove something?

    Good moooaaaaaning Brit Forum :hi:

I missed Aydin - Jo Jo fight, was it a fair decision for Selcuk or controversial?

(and on a completely unrelated note Jodie Foster has a face like an elbow)

Are you able to explain his actions in the Martinez fight? No, but it clearly happened anyway. Cintron may have tasted Paul's shots early in that fight, flew through the ring, and then thought "**** it, I'm getting paid, I hurt him, my stock will rise anyway". Even if Cintron is legitimately injured, why did he not acknowledge the ring doctors? Why did he not even try to stand up? He didn't want the fight to carry on and he knew if he lay on the floor like he'd been shot, there'd be no choice but for the officials to stop the fight. Don't try and attach logic to Cintron's decision making. He's an idiot.

I respect all fighters, but this particular issue is extremely annoying. Cintron had made a career out of short-changing fight fans, and he still has people believing in him. Giving him the benefit of the doubt when he jumps through the ring ropes. Why does nobody else jump through the ring ropes?

I wasn't scoring it but with Aydin getting two legit knock downs and a point took off him it was fair imo. Still not sure why Dans Knock down wasn't given although i missed the replay

I'll have a look for it tomorrow and give it a watch, you know since he's Mayweather's mandatory and all

Aydin versus Mayweather would be a great watch for the comedy. I'd be surprised if Aydin manages to beat another top 10 welterweight.

Was a decent fight to watch not the cleanest though. Dan with the workrate against Aydins bigger punches landing. Tough fight to score really
