James Kirkland was at an all time low people. He lost his center, left his trainer (Who could beat Pac Man--J/K), and was looking like an old turd in the ring. Who gets knocked out by a nobody from Japan???? Then....IT HAPPENED He reuniited with his trainer, he got his Shiznit together, he got hungrey and he had one LAST CHANCE. He took that chance when he survived and out foxed and boxed Angulo. This man knows in his heart this is his last chance evertime he takes another fight. He is a great fighter and I believe we will see him contniue to rise in 2012 just as Rocky did in ROCK III. Eye of the Tiger James...EYE of the Tiger:bbb
What was Angulo? A nobody? Cmon son give the man credit....Tougher chin and bigger heart....OK his defense sucks :scaredas:but it will improve with Ann Wolf on his ass.
He showed something in the Angulo fight. As for what's next, we shall see. Seems like a good technician with a decent counterpunch should be able to dismantle him quite easily, but who knows.. He sure is using the chance after Ishida and I wish him well.
