How come? I know they invested a lot on the casey fight and that was a major setback, is that what caused them to close shop?

All of the above and the general way they treated fighters theirs and the others was nothing short of a disgrace.(allegedly)
Anyone that has boxed on their shows has told me never again and whilst Irish boxing could do with shows it can do without any of these lads being involved.

also mabye slap or steve or johnnie be able to clear this up for me i was under the impression a fighter cant be a promoter and promote his own show at the same time (ie murtagh was told that by mel christie last year) so how is fitz going to do it in january or febuary when his proposed show is meant to go ahead

Mark Fitzpatrick and Martin Wal were involved in one of the best fights ive seen in a very long time (saturday afternoon session)! Fitzpatrick looked very, very good!!
Christy Joyce at 71 kgs was brilliant too. Was 15-1 up in the 2nd round when his fight was stopped! You could nearly feel his punches from watching it! Body shots were vicious. He could be one to keep an eye out for

Which Irish boxing is it? The southern of the northen? The north is the size of a wallnut, so I am guessing it's the south..

Ireland is one nation friend, and I take it your an American? How are your amateurs getting along, not too good I fear:verysad. In terms of amateur success, of late our little nation has been putting your huge nation to shame in that department.:yep
