Did you read the entire sentence of what you stole from a wikipedia article or not? The President sponsored the fight to keep his head intact and his country from burning to the ground by protesters not too happy about the martial law. That's a pretty big and immediate profit incentive for him. He might not have gotten the money back, but not getting killed is pretty important to him as well.

So what in the mind of these secret group of investors that nobody knows but Bob Arum is there reason for doing this? Are these the guys from Singapore again? Who don't have any names, like this current group and only talk to Bob Arum, because I guess GBP and Mayweather Promotions are unlisted numbers. So why would they do this? if they actually exist, and that is to make money.

Why, would I give a dime of it up to some third party for absolutely no help. I wouldn't trade a dollar for a penny, so why would I trade a any portion of my profits over to someone when I don't need them at all?
