    I'm surprised that people are focused on the first article and the credibility of some website. Who gives a ****, really?

    The second article (from ESPN) is clearly saying that Arum is not interested in the fight, and favours the Marquez 4 fight.

    Shouldn't this make everyone (whether your a Floyd fan, a Pac fan, or a fan of both - or how about a fan of BOXING) upset?

    Rather than useless quibbles between each other...

    Yeah, that article's been discussed to death over a week or so ago. It's a little outdated after recent developments.

    Sorry to bump, but I'm very interested to know about these recent developments.

    Everything I'm reading suggests that what was stated (and quoted) in that article still stands, and that the fight is further away from happening then ever before.

    And who to blame is very obvious.

    But I would love more than anything for these recent developments to be positive.

    But Arum and Positive are two things that don't really go hand in hand these days.

    Well FightHype.com is Floyd's fanboy site whereas PhilStar.com is owned and run by PhilStar a legit news print agency in the Philippines.

    They don't belong in the same sentence.

    Are you aware of these recent developments (see above)?

    I'm just surprised people are talking about the credibility of FightHype (which you say is a fanboy site, and I agree), where the link at the bottom of the OP (to ESPN) shows pretty solid evidence that Arum is not going to make this fight happen.

    Why are people talking about some crappy websites, when the biggest fight of our generation is pretty much all but gone?!?

    Unless these recent developments (which I'm beginning to believe haven't actually occurred) have changed things.

    Well Raf was the first one to demote Pac. So in hindsight... Floyd probably text him right after the rankings went up....
