Yeah they've pretty much thrown it in although there are still some die-hard *******s still around. Those have nothng but excuse saying they don't want to see the fight it means nothing and Pac has slipped.

They're getting their excuses in early, 'Pac's past his prime' is the first.

And I'm sure if Pac actually manages to scrape 3 rounds they'll argue he won

i reckon it was some of the floyd fans who said that Pac is past his prime when he lost to Marquez.

  4. he's good. he's arguably great, but a win over pacquiao would have removed all doubt. if mayweather beats pacquiao, alvarez and martinez, not necessarily in that order, he ll become a true atg.

Put up a poll. I think you're delusional. I don't think there are many fans period that don't want to see Floyd vs Manny.

It only falls slightly if it's a competitive fight. People are now expecting a blow out and yes, that would tarnish Pacquiao's legacy.

I feel sometimes when a fighter clearly won a fight he does deserve credit for it even if the judges dont give it to him for some reason.
Like whitaker vs chavez for example, or oscar vs tito and mosley 2 and jmm vs pac3, sometimes the way you experience it and most people do matters as well rather than just statistics like boxrec, that doesnt seem to be the most fair outcome.

or they'll resort to the excuse they started to use after Pac's lackluster performance against Mosley

    ¨his heart isn't anymore in boxing¨

Its a true shame, people like that support just one guy rather than the sport.

Still here. I haven't had much to say about the fight with JMM because I still haven't seen it. Was at a fight party, popped a xanax (don't ask me why) and woke up as they announced the victor.

Regardless of what happened vs Marquez, I still want the showdown with Floyd. So shove the assupmtions up your asses.

We can say Pac is ahead in the race for higher ladder in legacy,or Floyd the debate is valid... However whomever loses might not effect their legacy, but a king will be crowned and one or the other "most likely Floyd" then he will be remembered as the better fighter...

Yeah these guys are rolling in excuses already! They see the writing on the wall just look at canemans post in this thread. He sounded like a defeated Pac fan " I still want to see him fight Floyd but " Neither fighter is getting younger and Pacs style of fighting does not age well"!!!! lol these guys have the excuses lined up and ready to go cause the know Pac chances of winning are slim to none.

2 months ago Pac was this Bad Ass still set to knock Marquez out in 5 rounds or less.
