I think they're about even. Donaire puts a lot of power in his combinations while Russell uses his handspeed combination to land a power shot.

Russell but Donaire buts more power into his punches, not to say that Russell doesn't have any power. He just doesn't care + there was talk about his bad hands.
Russell easily, it's easy to look fast during training doing memorized routines, when Donaire shows that speed constantly in the ring, then I have no problems giving him the nod, over Russell
You dont even see Russells punches on live viewings. You have to rewind it a couple times just to see what the hell he did.
