I want to ask the Forum Honestly. I understand the whole styles make fights and all, but how significant is it that Manny was unable to dominate a well past his prime Marquez and maybe even lost the fight? What sort of blueprint if you will did Marquez provide on how to really neutralize Manny and that lefthand? Thoughts:think
Didn't you get the memo? Super hulk Marquez who bulked up to face Manny the third time was completely different than the guy that Mayweather fought. Super hulk Marquez would have KO'd Floyd. PS Manny still beat super hulk Marquez fair and square 116-112. Sincerely, The *******s and other assorted Mayweather haters.
Even Shane who wasn't a stylistic nightmare for emmanuel exposed emmanuel's flaws Juan really highlighted em
agreed. I feel Shane's movement definitely bothered Manny. He certainly doesnt try to just walk down his ooponents like he did when he was younger. I still has a hard time coming forward intelligently and cutting off the ring.
It's not only styles, which play a huge part, but the differences in JMM's conditioning. Everyone saw them, and the results spoke for themselves.
Manny can not deal with an opponent that gives him movement. Juan showed how to counter Pac. Floyd can adjust and re-adjust in his fights, where Manny can't. Manny doesn't make any adjustments in his fights he just increases his punch rate and tempo.
So what.Mosley couldnt decisivley beat cotto like margarito did. and look what happend when they fought.
