Wasn't Cotto outboxed by Pac? I can't see how Cotto could beat Floyd. I don't think his boxing skill is up to it, he doesn't have the power and he's not busy enough. Plus he gets discouraged. I agree with the people who are saying that Tony could potentially beat Floyd. He's got the size, the strength and the stamina. Floyd avoids bigger stronger fighters for that reason.
