So you agree Floyd never specifically said "Pacquiao at MGM on the 5th"

    ok

i did not say that. i only said that he was on the top of his game in the cotto fight which started maybe from the oscar fight. but one thing sure is floyd have missed the boat. he could have fought and beat pacquiao last year when he was still seen as on the top of his game or close to it. he still gets big credit if he beats pac now or stopped him but not the same as if he beats him prior to the jmm fight.

    2 questions for you.

    Is Pacquiao next? and
    Is Floyd fighting Pacquiao?

Lets stick with facts here, not speculation

But you say he's past his prime yet he faired roughly just as well as he did against marquez 3 years ago which implies that he was not prime in 2008 when he fought him last time which inturn according to u puts his prime from june 2008 (diaz fight) to november 2009 (cotto) which is a year and a half, now that's just pathetic if true.

actually screw this I'm going to slip, so I'm pre-emptively reply to your response.

Floyd said Pac you're next because Ortiz said Pac isn't next for Floyd. So Floyd got up and responded, "yes Pac you're next"

Now Floyd wants Pacquiao next, but he can't force the fight to be made. If Floyd said Pac is next even right now, he wouldn't be telling the truth since he hasn't come to an agreement with him. Yes Floyd did contradict himself, but that doesn't mean he didn't want the fight.

Now when he said he didn't know he was fighting Pacquiao, well of course he's not. He just said he's got a date set and he hopes to get Pac and his main priority is to get Pac to fight him on that date. That doesn't mean Pac is next, because anything can go wrong.

It's like me saying, "I didn't know Ashley is my next girlfriend"
well it don't mean I don't wanna be with Ashley even though I'm working game on her. It just means, nothing is official and it takes 2 to tango

check my post and even before the marquez3 fight, i've been saying that pacquiao is slipping since the margarito fight even debating with fellow pac fans. then came the mosley fight, got cramped but still dominated him. then the third marquez fight. pacquiao didn't do too badly against marquez if you would just ignore the prevalent opinion that pac should have dominated marquez or stopped him this time, but if pacquiao was just as accurate as he was in his fights with cotto as his fights with mosley and marquez, he would have fared better.

back in that time, even a moving cotto could not escape pac's punches and was like a hit-seeking missile. against margarito, mosley and marquez, he would trade accuracy for volume which is enough to beat mosley and marquez but if he is ever to beat floyd, then he has to be on top of his game like he was against cotto.

Don't you agree that a prime of 1.5 years is pathetic?

    yes you do.

explain why he never said it word for word specifically prior to the JMM 3 fight?

I understand he's blabbing about it now but the OP was addressing it prior to JMM3 which is what we've been talking about, no?

It's become so obvious what going on, that it's really not even a debate anymore, and the only dumbass' who even respond are so ignorant and *******ed that it does no good to even try...they don't want to see. When you have motha****ers basing their "argument" on "He didn't say Emmaual Pacquiao on May 5th, at the MGM Grand" you know people are desperate. Men it's over, like seriously a ****ing wrap, it wouldn't be more "over" if Floyd had beat the **** out of Manny and pissed on his knocked out body. "This" is finished breh, it's been clearly and defenitively established what the business is, and that's why you don't see respectible "Pac Fans" anywhere near these threads anymore...there's really nothing to say.

honestly, floyd has come up with different kind of statements before that i don't know what his real intentions are now. but if he saw the pac-marquez fight, he knows that it is much encouraging for him this time than seeing the hatton and the cotto fight.

Mayweather never booked MGM for May 5th so don't be putting words in his mouth.

PACQUIAO is the same fighter he always was the two fights with marquez proves it.
