    Does it really matter what % of the crowd know who Andre Ward , Gabriel Martinez or Chris John is at a fight in Perth supporting an Australian boxer ? It's irrelevant really .
    I'm pretty sure the majority of fans there are boxing fans in general and if they want to get there moneys worth they will hang around anyway and see a deserving champion in Chris John .

    what does it matter whether they hang around to watch it, or whether they have heard of john?

    or is franus just looking for something else to be bitter and whinge about.

    No. Watched his last fight he KO'D the guy in the 2nd round but it was like watching 2 drunks fight. ranked 100 and something on boxrec. Huge upset if Merdov wins.
