    Too much flag-wavin', Buncey.

"JCC Jr is better than we thought, but I'd still favour every fighter in or around his division that was born in Britain to beat him".

Agree with Gray really and, as I said, Keys was stitched up. Have to disagree with the 'banter' aspect though - in my opinion it wasn't playful knockabout stuff - there was a genuine unpleasant tone about it.

As for Marsh, integral or not, he was a silly **** and deserved the chop.

So he doesn't even realize when he's doing it? Box Nation is doomed :rofl:patsch.

I just hope Bunce doesn't pop up during the Benn-McClellan documentary to give his typically nonsensical 10 pence worth.

Official verdict = fat muggy plonker.

I'd pick Macklin and Barker to beat him, actually.

Bunce tends to take over. its the bunce show rather than the boxing show.

i dont see why you would get annoyed about people apolagising for bad language. how can you be offended by that. do you really want to live in a society where that stuff is acceptable, do you really want to not be able to watch fights with your kids?

True that. I might say to my son, "that language said by the cornerman in the heat of the moment is disgraceful, now sit down and finish your coco-pops while we watch these two blokes beat each other senseless."

When its after the watershed there should be no apology. If you watch a fight you should expect 'bad language'.

    stop talking bollocks

its all part of the bigger picture of boxings image going down the tubes.

it starts with bad language and rudeness and it ultimately sets the tone for the sport. it draws in the shittiest of people (the football scum coked off his tits who doesnt even know whos fighting) and results in constant scraps in the cards, people pissing up against walls, no women and children and the mainstream media / sponsorship people not wanting to touch it with a barge pole.

    it sets the tone

    Clev with Dawson, no sweat.
Silk road needs to get dirty.
Joe shitbrains, look up my Benn/McClellan stuff from the papers at the time.
Chavez Jr is better than we think...so are Macklin and Barker.
No BBC London show this week but a monster with a Seventies theme on BoxNation on Monday. A 90-minute beast.

    Adios.

Bunce can sometimes be a bit vocal and he simply isnt Skys sort of guy. He isn't professional enough and BN are the first to get him to button up his shirt and wear a tie. I don't think his style or appearance work for Sky.

If we take "rudeness" out of the sport then a lot of boxers aren't going to have much to say.

    Exactly.

Also, the difference between the swearing in the corners is it is never (or very rarely the boxer) but the trainer who is trying to motivate and get his message through to the fighter. It is part of the game.

Whereas in football, you see the likes of Wayne Rooney and loads of other footballers swearing at referees - that is is something that sets a very bad example to kids and is totally different to a trainer using swear language to gee up his fighter.
