whoupicking speaks truth Mayweather > Calzaghe

The TS is not saying Mayweather is GOAT hes just saying that very few people have dominated boxing while moving up in wieght so often and remaining undefeated for this long. Think about it he was #7 (i think) p4p at 22 and has remained on that list (#1 or #2 by most) til 35

Mayweather's legacy will take a hit as he's been very selective on who he gets in the ring with.

The best fighter he's ever faced was in fact Marquez who simply is not a welter.
The only reason Mayweather took that fight is because he knew Marquez was both small, old, and fighting two weight divisions past a weight he'd never fought in.

Cotto, Margarito, Paul Williams, Sergio Martinez, Pacquiao......Mayweather has gone out of his way not to make those fights at one point or another when each of them were considered at the top of their game and dangerous.

I view Mayweather as an embarrasment for now voicing it public and calling out Pacquiao with a date and all.......

A win over Pacquiao before Marquez beat him for the 3rd time would have held historical significance in Mayweather's resume and added to his legacy.
A win over Pacquiao now after Marquez just got through schooling him again only totals to a good but not great win as far as legacy is concerned.

Mayweather missed the boat. Had he faced Pacquiao before Marquez got to him, it would have been considered his defining fight.
Now, Pacquiao is just another opponent. A win over him wont hold much value.

How can a fighter as good as you speak of not win Fighter Of The Decade ?
I guess the majority of boxing agrees his resume is dog ****.

Don't think anyone wants a rematch, those two will always have a close fight...that's just how it is. At least neither of these guys have ever been called a coward in the boxing world. To go down as a ciward little *****, damn, that sucks.

Oh it was a close fight between two WARRIORS. Wonder if Floyd has ever been classified as a WARRIOR. I know for a fact he was seen as a coward at one point, and still seen as a coward by many to this very day :deal
