    Round 9 starts similar to the last. Green is the one holding when they get in close. Wlod still struggles to land though with Green flicking out the jab to offset him. Another difficult round to score, could go either way IMO. Green probably deserves it on ring generalship as well as landing the slightly better blows. 87-84.

    Wlods punches are lazy and Green is able to counter in flurries every time. Again more holding in close, this time caused by Wlod's inaccurate lunges forward with Green wrestling back. Green bleeding from the nose, probably down to a clash of heads in close and he appears to be cut on the eye as well but not sure. Green lands a few right hands when they come together and ducks under Wlodarczyk's wild right hand over the top. Green wrestles to end the 10th. 97-93 Green.

    Getting really scrappy now as tiredness from both men sets in. Good left hand from Wlod catches Green as he attempts to clinch. Although he's controlling the centre of the ring, Wlod doesn't have enough authority in his punches and Green is able to bix ib the back foot comfortably. Big left hand from Wlodarczyk and Green temporarily stumbles before holding on. Best punch of the fight from Wlod but he's unable to follow it up. Big left hand and Green goes down! His legs are gone! He stumbles to his feet but the ref stops it! Wlod wins amazingly!!

    Is this the end for the Green Machine? You could tell he was fading but he still looked in control. Wlod caught him with a great left hook, straight through the guard and it was that wide right hook that hurt him too.

    Great win under the circumstances for Wlodarczyk

    he was boxing well on the back foot, but he seemed to negate his jab in the last 2 or 3 rounds, then that straight right that dipped his legs early in the 11th. His corner was pleading with him to get the air in, he was breathing heavy then that beauty of a left hook

    And I said you'd have to be mental to back him half way through this fight :lol:
