We can assume Arum don't want it which might be true.
But its unfair to blame him for not getting a fight with a fighter who hasn't even been available to fight.

To be honest, allot of us Floyd fans are really pissed of about the treatment Floyd has got. By rule, Floyd fans are more boxing fans, yet Pac fans are just Pac fans (not always but a greater majority)

Anyway, anyone with half a boxing brain knows that Floyd ISNT the main reason this fight hasnt gone ahead.

We are sick and tired of the casual boxing fans, and sporting outlets sigalling out Floyd as the coward and the reason this fight hasnt been made.

We've known for a long time that Arum is the main culprit... Now its out there in the public domain. Even *******s are admiting Arum is blocking this fight.

As a Floyd fan i feel vidicated, finally.

But nothings changed. They couldnt agree terms after the cotto fight and i can see both arguments to that. But you've not answered my simple question.

Floyd hasn't been available to negotiate with for over 2 years. So how is arum blocking the fight?

Its very simple. please just answer it.

you answered saying they hadn't agreed to random testing yet.

but that paints the impression that floyd has been sat around thinking, as soon as they agree to testing i'll sign the fight. Which isn't the case.

Negotiations fell through. They both fought other fights. Then since that date. Floyd hasnt been available to negotiate with. He's either said "he's not thinking about boxing right now" then soon as manny fights someone else, he comes out and signs to fight someone

You're not going to get an answer that involves logical thinking from these idiots.

Floyd would take the fight now without his gay tests if he could, his fans know it, and everyone knows it.

i heard the 1st time i just thought it was off subject. i'm asking how you can duck a fight for 2 years when they've not been available. I'm not asking about why the fight fell through over 2 years ago.

Opportunism due to Arum wanting the fourth Marquez fight. Thing is they are saying Pac is/has been ducking Mayweather when it looks like the fight is now the closest it has been to being made since the first negotiations, with both fighters vocal about wanting it. If Pac was ducking he wouldn't want to fight Mayweather on the back of his least impressive performance for a while and with his confidence probably the lowest it has been at welter. Pac not looking superhuman and Mayweather suddenly finding the urge to call Pac out is another story.

Exactly, i could see why manny wouldn't want the fight now. His confidence has tqaken a big hit.

But what these *****s fail to realise is. Manny isn't afraid to lose. He'll be happy floyd has opened up negotiations again.

    It´s not Manny.
Arum is the one who doesn't want it.

Because Bob arum is doing his best not to make the fight happen. Instead he wants Pac-JMM 4 and Pac hasn't been vocal enough in telling Bob to make the fight. While PBF has been very vocal and has been calling Pac out that's why.:deal

    Yes but only now.

This is the first time he has called Manny and opened himself to negotiations since november 2009.

Everyone is making it sound like he been calling him out for 2 years.

Yes he might mention his name when manny already has a fight lined up. This is the 1st time since 2009 where manny has been available, that floyd has said he wants to fight him.
Fair enough if the fight doesnt get made then we can argue about who to blame. But as it stands, Manny seems to think the fight is nearly done.,
