everyone rios has faced since anthony peterson has been stylistically perfect for him. they have all been decent fighters but they just suit rios' style, this weekend is no different and he should look great again. until rios is put in with a skilled boxer we won't really know how good he is. i always prefer the boxer vs the pressure fighter so at the moment i think broner would have enough to beat him but it would definatly be competitive.
Acosta was a better fighter than peterson and a stylistic nightmare for Rios AND he was ranked the number 2 lightweight behind marquez. Broner isn't exactly a stick and move fighter either.
This would be a really entertaining fight. My instinct is to say Broner has more tools in the shed and pulls out a decision. However, he's going to have to fight like he never has before to get it.
No need for Arum to cross promote with GB when he has viable options for Rios within his own stable. I'd love to see the fight but it's far fetched.
