Is it really needed to have GBP be involved in PAC vs Floyd fight?

Floyd can do that but I haven't heard Floyd saying GBP is his representative/promoter for the Pacquiao fight (link pls.). I think TR will be forced to accept GBP's involvement if Floyd says so. (what's the use of GBP here? :huh )

But Floyd can't dismiss TR Promotions totally. It will be a co-promotion between TR and GBP if that's what Floyd wants to happen. Just say it Floyd.

So you are claiming Arum still owes Floyd money, but do not even know how much? :huh

TR and GBP can co-promote the Pacquiao vs Mayweather fight. I think Arum will be forced to accept GBP's involvement if Floyd says so.

He didnt but lets use common sense. GBP has been promoting Floyd ever since the DLH fight. Who do you think he will use this time?

It cant be co-promotion because Floyd doesnt have a promoters license. Its not hard.

This what i think will happen also. Hopefully the fight gets made. My only issue is Bob trying to cut people out before anything even starts.

Of course GBP will be involved in those fights because Floyd was fighting GBP in-house boxers.

Now that Floyd will be fighting a TR (non-GBP) boxer then it's either promoted by TR only or co-promoted by TR and GBP whichever Floyd wants.

Nothing to do with "who's boss" and everything to do with having people he trusts handling things so he can focus on fight prep.

but you guys criticize pacquiao when he lets Top Rank handles his promotions because you guys say that Top Rank is robbing pacquiao. but pacquiao has trust on Top Rank and would rather them handle his promotions so that he can focus more on other things.

floyd meanwhile is a savvy businessman according to you guys, so why the need for GBP to handle his ****? i thought he can promote all by himself and pays his opponents out of his own pocket to get more reutrn on his investments? so floyd was not that savvy a businessman after all?

You guys are ****ing idiots... So Floyd is going to arrange trips around USA/the world for interviews etc. Arrange ****ing posters and TV commercials - arrange undercards? All whilst training for a fight? There is a reason anyone hires a promoter Foyd is no different - the difference is that Floyd makes the choices of how things happens. Pacquiao is told what to do.

****ing idiotic comments honestly. Is he going to leave it to Arum to handle, is he **** he isn't stupid.

Well it depends on Floyd's commitments and deals with GBP, if the contract is over then maybe it's ok to circumvent them. HOWEVER asking to have Hayman and Ellerbe who are Mayweather's management team, removed, is a bit of a roadblock

Floyd said Arum owed him 5million, that was a few years ago though
