Floyd has enough power to knock out Manny but he probably has to catch him with a punch that Mannys not ready for. Manny is a proud warrior and if Floyd is beating his ass and making him look bad, I wouldnt be surprised if he did a Duran and said NO MAS!

Now that we have established that PBF will have no trouble hitting MP,lets go over his history with fighters or situations in fights when he could hit his opponent at will.He is normally very conservative when it comes to punch count.However,look at what happened in the fights with Arturo Gatti,the eighth round of the Mosley fight,the start of the 4th round of the Ortiz bout,and so on.When PBF sees openings frequently,he tends to punch through them.He doesnt always land,though.But he will aganist Pacquaio.MPs defense would leave him wide open for Mays lead left hooks and str8 right hands.

As anyone whos ever boxed knows,its the punches that you cant see that hurt you the most.De la hoya remarked on this after his bout with Money.If Floyd is such a soft puncher then how does he get to intimidate his opponents from coming in,IN EVERY FIGHT?Think about it.Floyds power is deceptive.I would say about 80% of his punches are thrown without fully turning his body and "sitting down"on his shots.He sure did sit down on that right that KTFO Ortiz,and look what he did at the begining of that round.Also,take a look at some of the right hands he landed on Mosley.When he sits down and doesnt potshoot,he has considerable power.

All these things considered,I could picture Floyd tagging Manny with a srt8 right and lead left hook all night.A few combos here and there,he will pretty much land when he wants to.As soon as he starts turning his body on the shots he would really hurt Manny like never before.Manny would get mercifully stopped by Freddie Roach in the 12 Round.Quote me on that!!!

You seen Pacquiaos chin say what you want but that **** is as good as it gets today.
Floyd got hit and more damaged by power shots from Hatton, Mosley,JMM and ODLH (228 to be exact) than no defense Pacquiao.
Floyd couldn' hang w/ 2008 Cotto or Pac Today. Fact. Manny has the better chin and power and the right hook which is the weakness in Floyd's fading defensive arsenal. Fact.

Floyd was catching Ortiz with flush counter shots and never hurt him. He couldn't put away Marquez or Mosley when he had them dominated. Never hurt em either except for the knockdown against Marquez. He has one stoppage in his last 7 fights. Pacquiao's only been hurt one time in his last 5-6 fights and that's a body shot from Margarito who had 20 pounds on him. Pac routinely spars with guys twice Floyd's size. Floyd isn't KOing ****.

Everything the OP says is true, but still, this thread fails on one crucial info:

Cotto, Margarito, Mosley, Clottey and esp JMM all hit Pac with flush, unseen shots.
He was still standing and banging his gloves together while getting ready to retaliate.

a.k.a. Pac has a granite chin.

TKO through cuts maybe, but knocking Pac out cold is just stupid to think at this point unless Pac declines an awful lot in a span of 6months.
