Canelo vs Ishida

Canelo vs. Kirkland, Lara, Angulo, Vanes, that's what he have to do.... why Ishida, Just because he tagged Kirkland? I'll prefer Angulo-Ishida better, is time for Mr. Red to step up and fight a live body preferably Lara.

Kirkland should have to beat Ishida in a rematch before he gets a shot at a belt.

Ishida would have a much better chance at beating Canelo than Kirkland and Angulo anyway.

 

canelo would wear ishida down over the stretch for a late round stoppage not saying or taking anything away from ishida ...

 

What belt? Because Canelo is a paper champ, the only reason fighters wants to face him is because he's blocking the path, and Angulo was the #1 contender forced to fight for a shot at the belt, now Suli**** is saying Kirkland is not the official #1 because it was supposed b Vanes vs Angulo, that WBC belt is not worth $hit as a matter of fact none of those WBC belts are worth a $hit...

 

NO, Kirkland needs to get his revenge and then Kirkland fights Red head.

It was understandable for Kirkland at MW after the long lay off, but now?

 

Where did you read that? I kind of figured some type of BS will arise after a "threat" came knocking on Canelo's door. Same thing goes for Chavez jr. Those WBC belts that are held by Mexicans are worthless! Too much protection from them, its better for the WBC just to force taxi drivers or bums to fight Canelo and Chavez Jr. for the rest of their lifes that way they can hold to them.

Let's backtrack a bit...to before Ishida vs. Kirkland (which let's be honest, is where 98% of people first heard of Ishida).

Back to last October. Nobuhiro Ishida vs. Rigoberto Alvarez

They fought on pretty even terms, although I felt Ishida earned the nod and Rigo got some Mexican home-cooked rice and beans.

For those who don't know, Rigoberto Alvarez is the older brother of Saul Alvarez.

He's basically a shittier version (less talented and accordingly less nurtured, less intelligent, less powerful and even slower) of Canelo.

Ishida - while I felt he won the overall match - got walked down and bullied for stretches by Rigo (and got dropped). His body language late on was that of a scared fighter. Walked down, bullied, hurt, scared. By ****ing Canelo Lite. (and that's even being generous to Rigo)

 

Ishida has NEVER been stopped... Ishida is probably a half step better than Ryan Rhodes, almost as experienced as Cintron..... I think it goes the distance... Saul wins, but learns in that fight...

That was actually the only other fight of Ishida's that I have seen. Personally, I definitely think he took it. However, it was as you say it was. Still, I am now a fan of Ishida because I ****ing love upsets. So I want to see this fight as Ishida beating Alvarez would make me the happiest man on the planet. Would he likely win? No, it would be in Alvarez's favour. But would it be awesome if he won? Yes, dear God that would be amazing.
