    I'm not sure if you are just trolling or being serious.

    In case you really don't know, Rios was a bit over the weight limit, so he had to rid himself of every garment he had on, in order to try to make the limit.

    When a boxer is barely making weight and is cutting it close, they remove every article of clothing, to make sure he does.....weigh-ins are public and photographed with media present, they cover up the Boxer's because they are fully nude.
