Rios didn't make weight!

I understand if you are a fan of Murrays, but It's pretty pathetic how you are clinging to these meaningless aspects of the fight. If the roles were reversed and Murray weighed .6 over, I am positive Rios wouldn't have given a ****. Now that's G.

But all jokes aside, words won't describe how chuffed I'd be if Murray pulled off an upset. Mate, I'll be all up in this ***** hailing Murray as the ultimate G of Gs.

 

0.6 in ONE hour may not sound a lot, but it sure as hell is when you've already boiled down as much as Rios had to to attempt to make weight.

The weigh in tomorrow is part of a stipulation set up by Murray's team, a clause set up because they accepted the fight even though Rios effectively broke the contract.

It was mentioned that they might be capping Rios at 142 tomorrow... but that's the only bit I'm unsure about. Will let you guys know as soon as I hear. Rios will have to pay a fine - he will also be stripped of the belt and cannot win it back regardless of the result.

 

I'd ask you to read back,none of us seriously thought he had a chance before all this.Most of my faves are mexican so I'm gonna try n increase the peace here;we're having some fun is all.

Right, so if Murray wins we won't hear Rios fans going on about how he was drained and couldn't make weight?? It's not pathetic... Murray isn't at the same level as Rios, but has a chance due to these 'meaningless aspects of the fight.' You only need to have seen the state of Rios today to know that.

Guy's just another Margarito in that he wins because he is really a weight class, or 2, over his opponents.

Murray's team are sorting through details of a new fight contract now. Rios is fined, stripped of the title and will face another weigh in tomorrow... possibly 142lbs.
