0.6 in ONE hour may not sound a lot, but it sure as hell is when you've already boiled down as much as Rios had to to attempt to make weight. The weigh in tomorrow is part of a stipulation set up by Murray's team, a clause set up because they accepted the fight even though Rios effectively broke the contract. It was mentioned that they might be capping Rios at 142 tomorrow... but that's the only bit I'm unsure about. Will let you guys know as soon as I hear. Rios will have to pay a fine - he will also be stripped of the belt and cannot win it back regardless of the result.

Nope, he officially didn't make weight. Murray's team are sorting through details of a new fight contract now. Rios is fined, stripped of the title and will face another weigh in tomorrow... possibly 142lbs.
