Don't cry just because the new yank golden boy has been cutting corners in training.

Why is Rios killing himself to stay at lightweight ?

Surely there are bigger fights for him moving up...

What does this have to do with Rios "hype"? So are you saying he missed a weight by .6 of a pound so that equates to him not being as good??

Because the higher up he goes, the more he loses his "size advantage".

:patsch Come on man, use your head.

Anyone who struggles with weight and looks as gaunt as Rios did tonight isn't going to peak as well as someone who is confortable and relaxed come fight night. Rios also has the weigh in tomorrow and might be being capped at 142 for it. It doesn't add up to great preperation does it?

It has made the fight a hell of a lot more interesting anyway. I still think Rios wins. I'm getting behind Murray though. He has a real shot now.

Brandon has wanted to move up to 140 for some time now. He would have vacated the LW title soon anyway. Brandon will still KO Murray in 4 or less.

Put a fiver on a Murray win and a Cotto stoppage, returns over £120 so worth a shot...

It looks like he should of moved up well before now :deal

He will beat Murray easily anyway, yes.. but boiling down to this weight still for Rios is ****in ridiculous.
If hes as good as he says he is he will be up there with the best at 140 and 147 anyway..
