So, basically Floyd is saying he won't talk and yet Arum is the one trying to kill the fight?

If Bob Arum never mentioned dropping the lawsuit if Mayweather fought Pacquiao, then I would agree with the notion of Mayweather using the suit as a "duck" move.

But the fact that Arum said it himself, means that either Arum was lying and had no intention of following through, or it was just to look good too the media and he didn't figure Floyd would call his bluff and call out Pacquiao.

Ok, so out of all of this, you completely dismiss the FACT Bob Arum himself, said he would drop the lawsuit if Mayweather agreed to fight Pacquiao.

So it in turn, it is wrong for Mayweather to expect Arum to drop the lawsuit. You're ******ed. Both parties are hemorrhaging money in court fees, what would be the point in working with someone who at the same time is costing you tons of money in a legal case?
