Why is Arum deviating from the original contract they claimed they agreed to?
How is adding investors and looking to eliminate GBP not a road block?

All Arum had to do was contact AL Haymon and agree to the deal that was already in place for the last 3 yrs with blood testing now agreed to for May 5th which lines up with Pac schedule and MGM the place that Pac has fought 5 of his last 7 opponents.

So why is anyone accepting anything other then that from Arum knowing that it could kill the fight.

Dropping the law suit is no guarantee they can come up with a signed contract so my guess is Arum/Pac want to leave that on the table. Is it unreasonable to expect Pac to keep the suit in place until Floyd apologizes? Floyd has set a precondition for ANY talks to take place. Not a wise move in my opinion. The lawsuit should be discussed just like anything else.

Good workout walking to the venue from the motel.

I could counter Floyd has gone over the line with some of his comments.

hold up, explain how lil floyd reserved the mgm grand for may 5 and came out with video's etc callin manny out, only to say naw i aint tryin to fight if i got a lawsuit

so ni**a again either actin like he wants to fight manny when he doesn't, or he's tryin to use manny's name again to hype up his upcoming fight with eric morales/khan

is this another case of the "i said this/no i didn't" bs

lets see

lil floyd: manny pacquiao, you're next
lil floyd: i never said that, don't put words in my mouth

lil floyd: mgm grand, may 5th, i want you manny pacquaio
lil floyd: there's a lawsuit, i don't want to fight

ni**a if u aint wanted to fight cuz of the lawsuit why the f you reserve a venue?

Read this

http://www.boxinginsider.com/headlines/legal-analysis-floyd-mayweather-finally-deposed-by-manny-pacquiaos-lawyers/

Floyd is currently dealing with pac in court, let him finish the case. if mayweather's attention wasn't in court maybe it would be in the negotiation room.

The longer pac case goes on the more resentment floyd will have for pac and his team.

What if they just write in the fight contract that the case will be dropped?

Short sighted to not put it ALL on the table in my opinion. The law suit would probably go away without having to concede anything in negotiations for it. ANY talks would be good, but if Floyd won't even talk, then... well....

Floyd can either pay up or deny the case (which he's doing) and delay the fight..

put up or shut up time.

and that's the only time you'll ever see Floyd face Pacman. When a judge forces him to..:deal
