You are mixing up the timeline either purposely or not. After the Marquez fight, Mayweather's camp reached out the Arum looking to make the Pac fight. Arum then replied that he was not interested in making that fight and that he was going to look to make Marquez 4. After Hoya, Shaefer, Ellerbie, Ariza, espn etc.. All started putting Arum on blast for a couple of days as the one holding up the fight. Then even Pac showing more interest in the Mayweather fight over Marquez. Arum then sends Koncz unannounced to Mayweather's gym to offer NEW terms of a contract in which investors take over the negotiation and GBP are cut out of the deal. Mayweather is not going to negotiate new terms of the contract that add investors and cuts out GBP. Arum most likley wants the investors and GBP out of it because he only wants the fighters to have specific guarantees and nothing more. The reason for this is he doesn't want Pac wondering why Mayweather is making more then him when its all said and done even though they have a 50-50 split. Or he could be using the investors making a road block knowing it will kill the fight. All I know is if Mayweather came with this stuff then it would be claimed to be a road block.
