Acutally **** Face The never use to Wear Helmets they use to wear leather hats..Hence the Term Leather Heads!!!

I can see the point your trying to make, a lot of fighters i know take a lot of creatine and supplements to improve their physical condition so why should PEDs be any different?

At the end of the day they do make you better technicly because you can throw more because of the increased stamina they give you, you can take more because of the adrenaline pumping through your body etc.

However its still cheating at the end of the day, especially in a sport where fighters get hurt so easily. Look at Benn - Mclellan for christ sake, and thats without PEDs (to our knowledge at least)

For the boxers health PEDs should not be legalised in the sport, its just a bad idea

I think I understand what the OP is trying to say, to level the playing field.
Unfortunately it’s always going to be corrupt, or unfair at the very best case scenario.
All top boxers are on something , they’re not fighting on bread and water.
If you legalised everything, let fighters just do what they want in terms of what you put in your body, the top fighters will still be able to afford the better gear , and the help of people who know how to use it effectively.
Ideally there’d be lifetime bans for anyone caught using peds, but that’s never going to happen.

A lot of this is why I can’t take modern sport that seriously and have mostly lost interest in it, and feel sorry for any young kid serious and good enough to make it in a sport but doesn’t want to get with the program so to speak.

A lot of these comments are too harsh on the OP, you do all realise your favourite boxer is almost guaranteed to be enhanced, to one degree or another.

 

My brother from a 2011 mother right here has the answer. Some guys have massive genetic advantages. I don't know that allowing PED's changes the situation.
