i honestly think this was THE worst robbery in a while.
Other robberies you think of, they were semi-close fights. This was ****ing disgusting.

Its these continental level fights which are the WORST. You just knew Helenius would get the decision. Helenius knew it. Even Chisora knew it. its ****ing sad that our great sport is so ****ed p in this way.

To me, boxing is the ultimate sport. But the way its run is **** poor. There will be NO robbery because it wasnt important enough of a fight. thats why at this level, people get robbed all the time. Foreign judges doesnt make a difference either. Its just messed up.

I really dont like Chisora at all. But i was struggling to give Helenius more than 2 rounds!

Saddest thing is that there is nothing that can/will be done about it. and in 40 years time, robberies will be just as common.

I know its a business but these fighters are Athletes. If you dominate an opponent you deserve the ****ing W

Probably the worst robbery I've seen since Shumenov-Campillo II (I've heard the first was a robbery for Campillo, but I've never seen it to confirm), and that's saying something. I still rank Campillo-Shumenov II higher because the rounds were more one-sided (Helenius landed much more on Chisora than Shumenov did on Campillo) , but this is a big robbery nonetheless. Ruined an otherwise very good fight.

Ok, first thing first. I HAVENT seen the whole fight. Only the last 2 rounds,on a youtube clip with English commentary.

In this clip(with duke mckenzie and some commentator), they both said it was an extremely close contest and that it was hard to argue with the decision.

When the ENGLISH commentators are saying that,it leads me to believe that it had to have been a close contest.

I was shocked to hear them say that as I had been reading on this all night how Helenius barely won a round.

First off, just be sure to check it out when you get the chance. It really was an entertaining scrap.

It was a deceptive blowout- instead of a back and forth fight where each guy wins a round, most rounds were pretty competitive...but the common theme was that Chisora almost always landed more and pressed the action round in, round out. So my scorecard made it look deceptively dominant (I scored it 10-2) for as entertaining a fight as it was.

Both men landed plenty of clean shots, but Chisora was much more active, landed more clean shots, and the punches Helenius was landing weren't hard enough to compensate for the clean work Chisora was doing, IMO.

    Exactly my thoughts.

I don't like Chisora either...and I could give Helenius TWO rounds AT THE VERY MOST. And even those two rounds weren't lopsided...they could have went either way....it could have easily been scored 12-0 every round for Chisora.

    What a disgrace to boxing this was . . . :-(

Watch the fight, commentators were way off, i think the way they were scoring the fight in favour of helenius i know it sounds ridiculous, but after you watch the fight you will agree.

i actually did have it 120-108 lol. but i thought i'd be a bit generous and gave helenius a couple rounds.

but the sad thing is, we all knew helenius would still get the nod

I struggled to give Helenius any rounds. Maybe one or two, and I wasn't a fan of Chisora going into the fight. I predicted he'd get KO'd and wouldn't have minded seeing him get shut up, but he clearly bossed that fight and it was a fantastic performance.

Very sad, but we know who won. Helenius drops in my rankings and Chisora maybe breaks into the top 10

It was obvious. Helenius on his own turf, Sauerland involded in the fight. It was clear that Chisora had to knock Helenius out to get a win. Now watch Cotto-Margarito. Arum already said it's the last fight for Cotto as a Top Rank fighter. I wouldn't be surprise that if the fight is close, whatever happens, the decision will go to Margarito. Arum and Sauerland are greedy *******s that are killing boxing.

See, this is the problem with countries like germany, england, now finland. The home fighter will always get the support of the ref + his own loaded judges. English judges did this many times, now I guess it's time to get even. I am sad to say that the only place I'd feel a fighter would have a more or less fair chance of winning would be usa, granted don king, delahoya or arum are not involved.

  14. They have to use judges who are good. These judges who make these poor results happen have to be thrown the **** out. Throw these blind mother****ers out. There is no way that the big stiff zombie Helenius won.
