I wasn't familiar with him before tonight and I've really enjoyed watching him. Lots of sharp shots.

These are the things I worry about Pav goin' out there to solely work with him.

1st, he has a fighter shown on 24/7 to be clownin' all the time at camp. Then said fighter shows up to the fights weigh in so far over he didn't even have a chance to make it.

    **** it, I don't know.

Murray is vulnerable to uppercuts, it's what Kevin Mitchell did so well

    Round 3

Murray is hurling body shots, pressing in and now casting a line with his right hand up top. Rios grinds in and hooks away to head and body but is being fought on very even terms. Murray is taking hooks to the cheek and answering right back in kind. Uppercut leaning in by Rios. Press together. Jabs by Rios. RIGHT HAND by Murray. Uppercuts inside by Murray. Emanuel Steward comments that they are mirror images of each other, which is absolutely correct. Both just leaning in and grinding away with equally hard shots to the face and body. Rios lands some uppercuts and clubbing overhands. 1-2 by Murray up close. Uppercuts by Rios, but softer. Tapping the body, Rios backs up. Murray ducks under a hook and keeps pressing on. Looping right to the body. Left hook, uppercut by Murray!! Thirty seconds left. Left upper-hook by Murray. Rios leans in and hooks up top. Murray keeps his guard up and absorbs some punches on it, then flails away with some hard shots. Rios is getting out worked in there.

    29-28 Murray

Both were somewhat hurt in that round, perhaps Rios worse. Nonetheless, I think he was on top for the majority of it. Just.

    I've got 29-28 Rios.

Maybe if he fought someone who was actually good. Not all hype like Valero. :tong

Nah. They were on even terms 80% of the time, and Murray was overwhelming him 15% of the time.

29-28 rios - thought he got the better of the round but murray had some moments - solid fight if unspectacular yet - i still think its gonna turn at some point soon
