If yes for you, where does he come in? (Above and below who?)

7-10. Guy is an elite boxer. Fought just about everyone, and is now 17-2 (13KOs) in title fights across 3 divisions. He's avenged his first loss which was a questionable loss due to the Margarito plaster scandal, and only other loss was the ATG Manny Pacquiao in a fight he fought wrong tactically and went into with the wrong mentality. I'd give him a good shot to beat Pacquiao in a rematch at 150 fighting as disciplined and as focused as he did tonight.

by beating who? Margarito isn't ranked and Foreman was a subpar champion... so I ask again...who did he beat to be in the top ten?

Not really. As nice as it was for him to get his revenge, I never rated post suspsention Margarito at this weight, just as I never rated 2011 Ricardo Mayorga.

The only way that argument could be made is if Margarito beating Cotto would have been meaningful.
