    I am about 6'2 190 lbs,
I noticed my wingspan is naturally longer
than all my sparring partners at or above my height.
How do you properly measure reach or wingspan?
& Also what are good techniques to improve hand speed,
    Particularly Jabs and crosses.

Flap your wings faster more often, the speed will improve.

Do you know how to use your reach properly like stepping forward instead of leaning forward? And then not being too squared up

@bball: Yes I've been working on stepping in &
using my jab for distance measuring & such while I circle,
I've also found that quickly swtching stances from orthodox to southpaw
While throwing a hook or jab throws an opponent off & lands well.
But I'm needing techniques on handspeed improvement.

Get in your boxing stance and throw 100000000000000 jab cross combinations fast as you can without giving up any technique. Muscle memory.

Learner, what moves the Arm, forward and Back is the Elbow. What turns the Fist is the Elbow, what makes a Fist are the Tendons attached to the Elbow. Its the joint that makes things happen as regards the Arm. If not maintained and in poor working order, it will restrict it from working as it should. Always try and maintain Wrist Elbow and Shoulder, by Stretch keeping the Neural pathways open and Balanced.
