    that doesnt mean **** - Chisora was clearly the better man on the night and deserved to have W on his record - regardless of the state of the division - just because helenius is more popular does that mean we have to disregard the fact that he got soundly beaten and in no way deserved the decision ?

    So true - it was far worse back in the days of the newspaper decision for fights, a coloured fighter could half kill a white guy in the ring but as long as he finished on his feet it was a given that he'd get the nod over the black fighter - those journalists had thier favourites who they would never go against with a decision as long as they finished the fight .

    In the modern era we expect more from the judges and promoters and rightly so - but its always happened and sadly , probably always will.

    robberies are robberies.
    i dont care where they occur.
    i get just as pissed wen they happen in the uk.

    this was the worst in a long time though

    exactly.

    thats the thing that made me sick in the helenius fight. everybody knew helenius would get the decision. everyone at home watching knew it aswel. its so transparent and obvious and common now, we expect robberies. thats messed up.

    its near enough impossible to win these kind of fights now

    Yeah, you're right. I thought Chisora would clearly but before the decision was announced, I didn't think he'd get the decision. As soon as they said "split decision", I knew Helenius would win.

    Just thoroughly corrupt.

    Sauerland is actually consistently terrible when it comes to blatant home cooked decision.

    In the UK we have an ENORMOUS problem of premature stoppages. One of the most irritating things. but in terms of pure scorecard robberies, Sauerland events are the worst

    Chisora won at least 10 rounds clearly. And I thought he would lose before the fight. Helenius got a gift.

    People are already starting to forget this fight. At the end of the day, all that matters is that Helenius won and Chisora lost. Rematch will never happen. Deal with it.

    yea i get ya i was feeling exactly the same its sick and it puts people off watching it..and the most anoying thing is that its just getting worse...
