Society doesn't have us as equals. If it did it would mean i would be able to punch a woman and not get all the "how could you punch a girl" ****. Not that i want to punch one, but we are not equal, infact in many scenarios women are put above men. Like when a female soldier was killed in the war, her death was mourned more than the thousands of male soldiers combined. Women are deemed more worthy and it's the males nature to want to protect or look after a woman. When i see a man getting attacked in street, i walk by.......if it's a woman, it's our instinct to jump in and save her.
I can just about bear it, i don't like watching anyone get hurt but especially a woman. So if it ever was banned i'd be content.
Well I don't value female life as greater and in terms of opportunities we are protected by law in having equal rights. Women actually get more rights in many areas like family law and less custodial sentences for equal crimes but it is ludicrous to tell adults who can vote and work in any field that they are banned from a sport because it's too tough for them.
My reservations are a women fighting professionally without knowing she is pregnant and a women receiving blows to their breasts. Do we know how to adequately protect them and what does that sort of trauma do to them?
Made me laugh the other night in that womens fight on the chisora card when the mc announced the ref as "the 3rd man in the ring" :yep:yep
If women want to beat the **** out of each other let them do it. once adults everyone has the right to do as they please (legally anyway) and by that age they are old enough to know the risks they take when they step in a ring.
