Great crossroads fight and the first fight is somewhat debatable. I feel theres unfinish business here as margarito was slow starting out and came out stronger in towards the end as usual. Both have seen better days, and bothr no longer prime but would still be an interesting scrap.

Can still be a good fight in terms of action and entettainment. Both guys are on the slide, although I get a sense P Will's punch resistance is less then Margarito's. Good JrMW fight to be made.

Margarito had bricks in his gloves in their first fight and was still unable to beat Williams.

He's got no chance without the bricks.

Nope he definately had bricks in his gloves.
After about the fourth round (After the plaster hardened), everytime Margarito hit Paul he reacted like he had just been hit by a car.
It was the hardest he had ever been hit and Margarito is not a devastating puncher without the bricks.

I would have to watch it again. My only reason for believing he used it after this fight is because he said he didnt want to get robbed and was tired of leaving it in judges hands. If what you say is correct then williams went on to have a pretty solid career despite the punishment he took from this criminal.

I am too. Sometimes too fighters past their prime can be a hell of a fight. Ali-frazier 3? They always say a good fighter has one more good fight in them.

So how long do you think he's been using plaster? And do you think this explains why he starts off so slow and comes on strong towards the end of a fight?

I don't know excactly cus I haven't followed his whole career but yes that is the reason why he starts of slow and comes on strong towards the end.
It takes time for the plaster to harden.
