I don't agree with the weight issue in that fight, fans seem to love to bring it up for some reason yet Cotto didn't bring it up once. It was Cotto who mentioned 145 or nothing, he openly claimed that he WILL turn it down if they asked him to move lower than his choice of 145. If it was an issue to him he wouldn't have accepted it.

If Cotto sticks to the plan and decides to BOX, at 150, with the new way more decent corner than his conditioning coach and asking for OSDT... We got a competitive fight :deal

Especially with Cotto apparently ready to stay with Top Rank, I think the likelihood of this fight is growing.

If I were Arum, I would probably put it in MSG. Although, Pac always brings the high-rollers to Vegas.

They might as well make Pac-Margarito 2.. Tony actually landed more than Jotto!

Im a Pac fan but thats a ****en Bull**** fight man! Pac already turned Cotto into a woman.. He had him running for his life and Kenny Bayless saved his life! Pac "sonned" him, he owned him.. He pawned him! :deal

A fight between 147–154 with OSDT should be a win for Cotto.. There, I said it... again!! No blood tests, no fight!..Bricks cleared, now lets get the peds done and out of the way!...

That could be. We'll see if Cotto-Margo III is made.

Cotto's not good enough to beat Pac. He should fight some of the other top guys tho. I could see him beating just about everybody except Pac Floyd , although I'd like to see him fight Floyd.

Cotto by tko if there is odst
Cotto is too big and strong. He was weight drained in the first fight and pac was on God knows what kind of Peds. Cotto dominated the first round and won the event the first time. Pac will duck him though after that poor showing in his last fight.

I think the weight might have affected him. Let's not forget Cotto was aware that Pacquiao's team was only interested in him at a catch weight before negotiations started. That's when Cotto said the lowest he'll go is 145, still Roach tried to negotiate 143 and 144. Cotto even said the title wouldn't be on the line at the catch weight at an attempt to get the fight at 147.

The other argument people bring is that Cotto weighed only one pound more in the fight before, but the stress of making the weight still affected Cotto. Although one pound difference on the official weight between Clottey and Pac there were several pounds of difference on fight night and I think that might have affected Cotto's punch resitance. I might be wrong, but the first one was entertaining enough to be intrigued for a second one. However I don't think it will happen.
