Cotto's left hook to the body would make a return. Cotto wins this one inside 4 rounds.

Cotto being overrated to ****. Especially at 154. Cotto is past his best and at a higher weight class.

    Kirkland gets KO'ed.

Man, talk about a bunch of blind mice. You see how easily Kirkland got knocked down in the first round against Angulo? He's open like a slut's legs. He'll be a punching bag against the much more skilled Cotto.

Even when Angluo was gassed an throwing snail speed punches, he was still landing on Kirkland's chin.Cotto makes quick work of Kirkland. They aren't even on the same level.

    Cotto KO 3.

    Angulo who?

I thought Kirkland fought somebody of Mosley or margarito caliber by the way idiots are hyping him up.

He is a poorman version of Jeff lacy.

Too bad this fight probably won't ever happen because DLH and moreso Arum are acting like Raw vs Smackdown or WWF vs WCW from the early 2000s in terms of stable of fighters.

Sorry, but this fight would not go the distance. I believe Cotto can neutralize Kirkland with a jab and set him up for night, night. Kirkland is just still too green. I mean, don't get me wrong, Kirkland has the power to hurt Cotto. It is called a game plan. I believe Kirkland should fight at least two more fights. What if he gets ko'ed again by an unknown. Then, "oh, I knew he got lucky with Angulo". Then again, that is ESB for you. I would not mind seeing Cotto vs Angulo too. Arum is probably going to force Cotto to move up to MW to fight Chavez, Jr. Why, I don't know since Martinez is already at MW waiting for a shot at his own belt.

How is he being overrated? Kirkland got KO'ed by a feather fisted fighter. There is not much noise at 154 for him or anyone to be overrated. We are just talking about a decent match-up. We all know by now Cotto is past his best, but he could still give us a few more decent fights before he hangs them up. If you want to look up overrated in the dictionary, you will find Williams name there or Angulo and they have not come close to anything Cotto has done so far in his career.

Cotto has been dropped several times in his career more so than Kirkland. Also, been koed twice so if Kirkland hits him he is going down and gonna stay down.
