    Jamie Arthur retired didn't he?

    Disappointing fight really, doubt Arthur has got it in him anymore considering his 'retirement' earlier this year and I can't see him doing any better than Booth, might last a round or 2 longer I suppose. Not really the quality out there at 122 in Europe though.

    Maybe try and get Terrazas over for him sometime next year :think

    Not the best match-up. But Quiggs just had his coming out party, usually when that happens a nice cosy one follows.

    So we've got two guys who fought each other a year ago fighting our premier SBW's, Neither IMO have a chance of winning there respective bouts. Poor form but Arthur will try bless him just won't be enough..

    But theres nobody out there for Quigg to defend against apart from Frampton, which doesn't look like it's getting made anytime soon.

    Totally agree, he was one of the biggest 122 fighters i've ever seen.

    At this stage i would have to agree. Terrezas would have beaten Munroe had he not been jetlagged.

    Yeah well he's beaten Montiel would be no shock there Quigg's a bit off that level as of yet. Learning on the job and doing well, Not jumped on the bandwagon as of yet with Quigg but he looks the part in there.

    Agreed. He starts slowly at 122 because he's so tight at the weight. Imagine what another 4lbs will do.

    For me they've bought too much into him being way under for the Nishioka fight and having now gone full time.

    By giving up the bins he's probably training less hard, all the footage showed him factoring his roadwork into his day job. It worked alright as far as I can see.

    Unless he changes trainer it's too late to make the technical improvements that he needs to make so as not to rely overly on his strength.

    It wasn't broken, so don't try and fix it!

    Easily at this point.

    He's massive.

    I walked past him at a Jamie Moore fight the week after the Martinez rematch and he's nearly as tall as me, albeit less broad. I'm not sure how low in weight I could go, but it would be a lot more than 122lbs.

    I'd probably look half dead at 147.

    Probably. He won the first four rounds relatively easily before being broken down steadily. If he can take punches off a fighter like Montiel (albeit faded) a few pitty pat shots from Rendall should feel like nothing.

    Rubbish ! ...Munroe boxed his normal gameplan... Munroe knows he can take the shots so Terrezas did a Kiko and punched himself out after 3 rounds.. then Munroe imposed himself on the contest and won handily IMO... the body shots wore the mexican down for the stoppage .
    Jet lag , my arse !

    As for Quigg this lads the next big thing in British boxing and i think he would have too many guns already for Terrezas ... I distinctly remember after Munroes win everyone was saying the mexican eeess no good !

    I might be mistaken but i think Terrezas had to travel for 3 days to get to England, and only got here a few days before the fight.
