Cleverly isn't big news around here, I've talked to supposed "boxing fans" that didn't even know he was fighting Bellew. atsch I think he could garner a decent following, but he's not got one at the minute.
I can't see Allegedly putting him in with Shumenov. Even though I think Cleverly would win and win well, it's too risky that Nathan will get ideas above his station (or what Allegedly perceives to be his station anyway) and look for the bright lights elsewhere.
