Very few cares about PPV numbers, how much more with gross sales, profit and take home which are confidential numbers?

PPV numbers are the more solid indicators.

Not new really but he established a PPV record this year overtaking Mike Tyson in the process.

So who's fault was it that Floyd didn't fight in 2008?

What if Floyd fought in 2008?

Why would you care how many other people pay to watch someone fight?

Incredibly Pacquiao has now sold more PPVs than De La Hoya did at the same age :deal

    Oscar at 32 - 9.5M from 16 events
    Pacquiao at 32 - 10.3M from 15 events

Quite amazing, considering Pac came up from the streets on the other side of the world in the Phillipines and US born De La Hoya a gold medal amateur background with massive hype

Acutally it wasn't free. We pay a monthy prescription for it. Free is World Wide of Sports boxing. I get what you're saying though. No one wants to pay 60 bucks for one fight with bull undercards expecially if it ends like Hopkins Dawson or Mayweather Ortiz.
