What more do you need? Jones is a known Glass Jawed Drug Cheating disgrace, end of discussion. He has no Chin and no shame and is a disgrace to boxing. I hope his Fragile Glass Mandible is splattered across the ring by this feather fisted joke he's fighting in Atlanta.

It was cheating because the drug was on the IBF list of banned substances. Only the IBF's, but it was one of the sanctioning bodies Jones and WBA interim champion Richard Hall were fighting for.

Yeah but both guys cheated why is Jones only the being called a cheat when Hall's levels were much higher than Jones ..No one can really say for certain what was taken since both guys got caught . The problem was that this particular steroid wasn't banned across the board ..This is why you have 2 failed drug tests in this fight instead of 1 !

Has it not occured to you that maybe those sites were reporting false information? The only source for Jones's positive result has to be Jacob Hall because he is the one with the lab results.
    http://www.boxinginsider.com/headlines/flashback-when-roy-jones-tested-positive/#ixzz1g8Sgfj00

And according to Hall apart from a reporter in France no one else asked him about the results.
But whose to say that the ibf has followed wada's lead. I have read that Ripped Fuel was banned by the ibf, but that could be because it contained ephreda.

It should also be pointed out that as far as the IBF was concerned Jones tested postive for an anabolic steroid. So even if andro was on their banned list it wouldn't matter, because as far as they were concerned he had used steroids, which is why they wanted to test him fior steroids.

Jacob Hall states he has the lab results and the documentation to back up his claims. The problem is that the interviewer was not specific enough in his line of questioning.

True. Andro once consumed does get converted into testosterone. The question is does Ripped Fuel contain enough Andro to make an athlete fail a drug test? Why does Jones also feel the need to mention a nasal spray as well?

You also notice how he plays down the amount of times he was over the limit, saying he was omly 0.05 times the limit.

Unfortunately the interviewer didnt ask these questions or better yet get a scan of the letter and post it up so we all can have look at it for ourselves? For all we know Jacob Hall may have the answers to all of your questions.

    That's really messed up

His resume is vastly superior to slappy's but he certainly deserves criticism if the steroid allegations prove true. It is very possible the the over the counter andro products of the early 2000s would cause a positive test. This stuff was banned because it worked. Mark Mcgwire didn't even hide the andro in his locker back then because there was no stigma against using over the counter "muscle builders". I put 125 pounds on my bench in three months using the original andro formula and I would have failed the test Jones took when I took that stuff.

Listen you idiot , I have to say that Roy Jones looked a genetic freak in the Hall fight and he was bouncing around like he has batteries inside him.
I am not a Jones fanboy.

I remember those IBF letters years ago and Jones excuse with the R fuel stuff.

I just cannot fathom why a drug insn't specified, you dont test positive for "steroids",

so what the hell was it ?

We really need a more in-depth Jacob Hall interview
