Leg kick wont put him down, body kick either. Head kick wouldn't connect.....ever and your sure as **** not gonna land a punch on him.

and that upright stance with a shitty guard is gonna get you a straight right to the face.

If you try to back up your gonna eat that left hook of Tysons that he seems to be able to throw from several feet beyond range. Love that shot.

and I'm pretty sure Tyson would be very capable with his head and elbows in close.

and if he's actually hungry then I suggest wearing those punk/goth/emo/*** spikey stud earings. Only deterent I can think of.

    Tyson KO 6 seconds

I'd pick tyson as well. It'd be different if Tyson had to fight one of the best wrestlers in the world, that is his size, or bigger than him. In this case Tyson has a good guard (so not that many kicks would stand a chance at landing), knees/ elbows would be about the only advantage, but Tyson grew up street fighting... I'm sure he knows how to do it a little bit.
Tyson against a great wrestler would be a different story. As long as the wrestler can grab him before getting smashed.

    Which champ??

Anyways silly 15 year old bravado type question, Mike would be ****ed in a kickboxing match without any training. For evidence look no further than my 6 " 5 240 lb friend Alexei Ignashov

I remember Mike told a story where he fought one of his thai boxer friends and got kicked in the leg and couldnt believe how bad it hurt.

Street fight bro. How many kicks you think someone can land before Tyson tags you?

Don't forget that Vitali Klitschko was a "Heavyweight kickboxing champ" - and this was prime VK (primer than when he debuted as a pro boxer).

Now, many people do favor Tyson over Klitschko in a boxing match - but usually it isn't seen as a mismatch. In fact, forum polls on the hypothetical match-up are often split about 50-50.

    ...and that's boxing.

Kickboxing (or a straight up fight, where kicks aren't expressly disallowed) - that's Vitali's world, not Mike's.

(not to mention he's got a far better body type for fighting that includes both kicks and knees in the clinch, whereas Mike has a terrible one).

Klitschko's are too civilized for a street fight (the younger one even barely has the instinct of a fighter).
Tyson on the other hand prefers street fights over Marquess of Queensberry. Tyson will manhandle them in one way or the other with undocumented street/prison/dirty tricks.

Vitali destroys Tyson in a street fight due to kickboxing experience, size, and chin plus boxing skills.

How would Tyson react to be put in the clinch? Dutch kickboxers and thai fighters can ragdoll the average man in the clinch and land knees.

Ill use the last K-1 gp champion as an example, 6 5 255 lb overeem

Tyson actually WAS scheduled to fight in K1 kickboxing (had a contract and everything), against the incredibly untalented but huge Bob Sapp, and even had a in the ring confrontation with him, but couldnt get a visa into japan due to his criminal past.

    Heres the scuffle

Sapp is so **** I think Tyson would have handled him

Hahahaha thats hilarious. I still remember seeing these massive posters of Sapp CGI'd into a Gorilla on the sides of buildings in Tokyo. They loved him.

Don't know if you'd get Tyson in a clinch in time or at all but I see your point.

No doubt Tyson is a freak of nature and one of the most explosive athletes to grace the sport. Definitely hard seeing him lose a "Street fight." And in a K1 fight no doubt he would have a huge punchers chance, but still in cross combat sport matchups you have to favor the "home" fighter.

Interesting to think about, at least
