Most such as myself believe ward will win UD12, but what do you think Froach needs to do in order to have a chance? I believe he needs to keep it out of the center of the ring and make it an ugly fight. Hit him on the arms, elbows, lean on him, etc. Froach isn't the biggest puncher, but Ward has been on the canvas before so there is always that chance. Your thoughts?
He stays disciplined early like he did against Abraham,even though Ward is far smarter,but the key here is to stop Ward from pulling too far ahead as I think an early Ward lead is inevitable.Don't let him get more than a four point lead and then when it gets to eight or nine,start playing dirty and try to rile Ward out of his comfort zone.Match him all the way through for dirty tricks but start trading and even fouling if necessary around the tenth so Ward will get drawn into the shootout,then go for broke and put faith in that solid chin and those killer long range uppercuts Froch specialises in. Go for broke in the championship rounds unless he pulls a shocker and has built up a lead.
Froch needs to put pressure and adjust well to Ward's style and his adjustments. Andre is not flashy but he's extremely difficult to fight and strong. Carl needs to be consistent to the body and make Ward fight uncomfortably. His best shot is to hurt Ward, but Carl has a tall task in front of him.
Land one solid punch on that Fragile Glass Mandible. Fraudre has no Chin and this is the one area that Froch has a clear edge in and can take advantage.
Fight dirty as Ward does and he will win the fight. Whenever Ward tries to go in with his head or push him back he should try throw him out of the ring.
He's got to stop him I reckon, I really dont see Froch outpointing Ward as being a likely scenario. Anyway, I think he has to put the pressure on, rough Ward up and hope he cracks in the later rounds.
