barrerra was past his prime. morrales full credit. pacs never beat marquez convincingly, cotto full credit. de la hoya past prime and weight drained. floyd has judah, corrales, castillo, hatton, mosley, DLH, marquez, Gatti. they werent all in their prime but ill say pacquiao and mayweather both have impressive resumes if u wanna compare them

I don't think he has proven he is atg. A HOF fighter he will become, but not an assured ATG. We really do not know how he has faired against other ATG fighters. If we did , we would know how to rate him.
