Simple question, yes or no. Personally I think Khan clearly goes ahead of Hatton should he win. I have them level legacy wise at the moment.

No,not yet.Khan has not done enough just yet.Hatton beat some good fighters who get a bit overlooked.Collazo,Urango,Maussa,Castillio and even Lazcano(sorry about the spelling)I dont think Khan has, even if he beats Peterson done enough to be held in higher regard than Hatton,he is very close to being equal but not just yet.

    Ding Ding Ding

Khan has beat some good contenders and some borederline world level operators like kotelnik(the guy Khan described as the worst world champion in boxing) and Maidana (even if it was close) but he hasn't had his Tyszu moment yet!!!!

I think Khan has the better body of work but as previously stated the Tyszu win puts Hatton ahead of him. Wins over Peterson and Bradley would put Khan ahead of Hatton imo.

Hatton is better so far but it is getting closer and Khan still has plenty of time. Tyszu was great win but Tyszu was in a semi-retirement when he fought Hatton.

To be honest I think he's already there, its pretty close but I don't count losses when judging resumes, so Hatton gets no points for being ko'd by Pac and Pretty Boy.

When you look at it he cruised along fighting mainly domestic and Euro level guys until he beat a faded Kostya Tzsyu, beat Urango who was very limited (he got ktfo by devon alexander ffs) Lost to Luis Collazo who is a gatekeeper, got flattened by Mayweather, almost Ko'd by a retired lightweight, got a good win against Maglinaggi and then got actually demolished by Pac in probably the most one sided fight of Pacs career?

Its not that impressive when you are brutally honest about it.

Khan doesnt have a great resume yet but imo Maidana, Maglinaggi, Kotelnik, Judah and Peterson are up there with anything Ricky has, even Mcloskey would probably be Hattons third best legit win and he's not even in Khans top 5 wins and he's only 24

I may seem like a Hatton hater but it's not like that, he was fun and created spectacle, a british legend for his popularity for sure.

Khan though, he's a class above.

    No but he will.

The Prescott destruction and the fact he hasn't even fought at WW yet mean Ricky is ahead at the moment.

Can't see any impartial poster coming up with a solid argument that he is ahead of Hatton as it stands.

Don't agree with that one bit. Collazo, Malignaggi, Urango and probably Maussa are all better wins than McCloskey.

Hatton didn't beat Collazo on my scorecard so I can't count it as a win, he didnt beat the man in my eyes, and as you say "probably" maussa, its pretty close regardless imho
