Scully " Hopkins Faked the Injury "

I agree that Hopkins quit but here it says Scully did his rotator cuff, I don't know if anybody else here picked up on it but that's a completely different injury to Hopkins alleged injury.

 

Btw this post is dumb as hell, every injury is different for different people, different grades of injury and different responses to rehab. As good as a medical degree... Hahahaha only on Esb

 

Exactly, just a smart, political answer. He knows there was no way they were gonna let it continue as long as he kept lying there.

He cried injury and faked **** during his entire career. Even against the corpse of Jones he decided he had to cry like a baby after a punch on the belt line.

Oh, and Dawson didn't have much choice, did he? He slipped Hopkins' punch, who then proceeded to throw his entire body weight unto him.

i'm loving this head in sand reply, i'm also quite enjoying you avoid my points about Dawson saying he doesn't want the rematch not once but TWICE and that Gary Shaw was willing to drop all their belts in an effort to avoid the rematch. But it's ok we'll just stick to world where rivers of haterade flow freely from the mountain tops.

Why is Hopkins avoiding a rematch atsch especially after Gary Shaw and Chad Dawson have said they wanted it on several occasions :---(

We all know that Hopkins faked the injury because he couldn't dictate the pace (despite the fight not even reaching the end of round 2) we also know that Hopkins shamelessly quit against Jean Pascal after getting knocked down twice in 3 rounds, not to mention the fact I once banged my elbow on the door and was able to go to the gym the following week so Hopkins 'injury' has been proven false by myself and by others who have also suffered the exact same injury.

There's nothing worse then when people post up facts to back up their arguments :-( unless it's an unsubstantiated opinion from some bandwagoner I don't even bother reading it. :bart

 

the only way hopkins could have fell any easier would be if he fell on to an air matress.....
HBO douche bag team should be ashamed for trying to give it legitimacy thus not turning their PPV . lamley screaming during a replay " yep yep!! right there..on his shoulder..that could have caused it!" i excpect trolls to think he was hurt and anyone vested in putting on that fight

 

It's too bad the MRI never came out. Could have cleared things up.

BHop's behavior in the ring after the injury = a lot more time to recuperate than "I'll be sparring in January".

we all know its fake. just look at his reaction and you'll see his acting doesn't fit with that kind of injury.

I gotta love HBO's commentary in order to save future PPVs. As they play the slow-mo, you clearly see Hopkins first fall on his ass, taking most of the impact. Clear silence from the commentators. Then after most of the momentum is gone, you see his arm hitting the floor. "Yep, clearly all the weight from the fall was onto his arm, that could've definitely caused the injury".atsch

 

Hes the trainer of dawson and the fight they had a good chance to win got stopped short, what the **** do you expect him to say? Not exactly surprising. Its just his opinion and its not even an unbiased opinion.
