    Rodriguez is a "no mark"

Why would Tyson fight a "no mark" like him?

Rodriguez would mark Fury all up for as long as Fury stayed conscious.

Fury won't fight him.......but he'll fight Pajkic, (fat)DelBoy, Firtha, McDermott, and other no hopers or hasbeens and continue to get props after ref's save him time after time.

Hey, I didn't make the comparison, but the commentators, and fight analysts in general were making early comparisons of Dyer, a hopeful American upncomer, to then champ Valuev.
Dyer was hyped obviously, just as Fury is being today, but we hype Fury for his best win, a drunken, untrained, undisciplined DelBoy. Why can't Fury's people just return Zef's calls so they can be recorded and posted for the fight world to see that Rodriguez wants this step up fight.

That's all......he'll fight Pajcik, the Candaian champ, why can't he fight the American and Mexican Champ Rodriguez?:deal

    Commonwealth title defense.

Rodriguez is a "no mark" who has spent 10 years fighting bums.

Fury is on the same torrid pace, and he's already on the hype train. Rodriguez is finally with new mgmt and is only now gaining world exposure.:deal

Damn he hits hard. Fires those punches in a very tight and effective manner that (hooks) make his speed look quite reasonable. Very heavy hands.

Fury is in a completely different league to this Dyer guy.

For a guy who has only had 17 fights, hes actually been matched pretty hard.

4 of the last 6 guys hes fought have been undefeated.

He fought McDermott who is a solid European level fighter and beat him twice(first time was very close) within his first dozen fights.

This guy Dyer doesnt exactly have that kind of resume!
In fact he had never fought a guy with a wnning recored before he fought Rodriguez!

Stylistically they have similar attributes. Fury is more of an arm puncher and volume puncher though, and he could likely keep el Nino off of him for a round or two, whereas Dyers power didi the trick for about 2 minutes.

No, Dyer is not in Fury's league, but Fury is also NOT in Rodriguez league either. I just wish he'd make the fight if Rodriguez was such a pushover instead of pretending like he's gonna challenge Helenius or the K2, knowing damned well he's gonna continue fighting chinachinned fighters, fat slobs, and journeymen.:patsch

Looks like Fury, fights like Fury and takes a punch better than Fury. I can't think of any other reason that Fury is DUCKING David Rodriguez.:deal

mmm,Furys resume is ALREADY better than Rodriguez! And hes 23, been a pro for a few years and has had half the fights Rodriguez had!

Whats Rodriguez best win? Owen Beck? Who was on a 4 fight losing streak(all by stoppage)

    Links please.

I had a link to the Rodriguez call out vid of Arreola but it was flagged and removed, while Wlads callout of Haye remains:think

I have heard Rodriguez was considering Tupou but when/where and what were the specifics. Hadn't heard anything about Hanks, but what would that do for his resume at 34 y/o. He's looking for a BIG name or a veteran contender.:deal

Who has Fury beat that is not a inhouse UK fighter besides an equally protected FAT Pajkic and a Cclass journeyman on the level of Robert Davis or Manny Pucheta:huh
