Pakkic was actually at one of his LOWEST weights in his career, and hes better than either of those 2 fighters.

Chisora at ANY weight is better than those 2 fighters.

John McDermott is also better than either of them.

    So is Firtha.

so thats 5 fights where he met better opposition than anything Rodriguez faced in 36.

And hes only had 17 fights!

McDermott is not better than a domestic stepping stone fighter, nothing more despite Fury making him look better than he is. Not sure if I would have McDermott amongst the current top 50 European fighters.

Thats a bit much I think.

On his night, there isnt that many guys at european level that could take him.

Im not including Klits and those guys, like when I say "British level" I dont mean David Haye.

I mean people that would actually fight for European titles and British titles.

Mcderrmott has been a little unlucky in his career, hes lost 2 very close decisions to the Williams and of course to Fury

I'd take Robert Davis or Manny Pucheta to give McDermott all he can handle. Same class, different continent. MOF.....Daniel Bispo clowns McDermott and Pajcik, well, maybe not at this late stage, but 2-3 yrs ago, all day.:deal

The problem with David Rodriguez is that he dont got any significant promoter.

I mean. Look at Deontay Wilder and Seth Mitchell. Also undefeated American HW's but they have Golden Boy promotions behind them and thats why they get hyped as much as they do.

Even thoug their hype is very little.

I quite like the chap, but despite all the contest moans of "this era being the worst ever for HW's" that clearly is not true amongst the Europeans. I think clearly this is the strongest ever era for European HW's.

    Wlad
    Vitali
    Haye
    Povetkin
    Adamek
    Helenius
    Chagaev
    Liakovich
    Valuev
    Boystov
    Dimitrenko
    Chisora
    Perez
    Pala
    Mormeck
    Timur
    Pulev
    Ustinov
    Wach
    Fury
    Piantea
    Gerber
    Price
    Warrzyk
    Glazkov
    Sosnowski
    Harrison
    Abdusalamov

I could find more active heavies that I would fancy over McDermott but you get the point. having said that I think European legend Henry cooper would struggle as well amongst the top 20 of Europeans in this era.
