Read the round description, and check it against the round again when it pops up on Youtube. Pryor did very good work early with the jab and got his range back, but it all meant nothing when he got rocked and hurt late in the round. Adonis landed enough heavy blows to steal it in the final minute there. At least IMO. :good

Damn, a 4-rounder before the main event.

What do you guys think about Pryor's chin? Looked really solid tonight despite the KO (he quit). He took some truly monstrous shots and stayed on his feet. I felt bad for him most of the fight but a chin he has got. Opinions?

Excellent chin and heart, terrible trainers.

Yeah, his chin's too good. He took an unnecessary beating IMO.

Overall good chin. Shaky in the sense that he is susceptible to good shots due to his length and posture and can be hurt and wobbled (or even put on the canvas) by a good shot - but that's offset by his uncanny powers of recovery and his tricky spoiling/survival skills.

    His record speaks for itself.

He's been in with La Bomba, Andrade, Oosthuizen, and now Stevenson and in every case made it to at least the ninth round (and only this time didn't make it the distance). It isn't like he avoided all those guys' shots. He got caught, and got hurt by all of them. He's just a hard guy to get rid of.

    No way, really?

I had switched over and was paying attention to the HBO undercard on SKY for a moment.

It's probably can't be worse than watching Anthony Peterson vs. Daniel Attah. That looks like wet poo.
